Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

To do so, contact us at ewilan.art@gmail.com or on Instagram @3wilann before that period expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned items or of your providing proof that they have been sent, whichever comes first.

Digital products (wallpapers)

For downloadable digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate download and expressly waived that right. This consent is collected at the time you place your order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

Our prints are produced on demand by our production partner. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of receipt, attaching a clear photograph of the item concerned (the whole item must be visible).

We will arrange a free reprint or a refund. You do not need to return the defective item.

Lost parcel

If your parcel never arrives, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will handle the resolution.

Incorrect delivery address

If an incorrect address was entered when ordering, the parcel is returned to us. Re-shipping is possible, with re-shipping costs at your expense. Parcels unclaimed after 30 days can no longer be re-shipped.

Statutory guarantees

You benefit in all cases from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code.

This is a translation of our French Return and Refund Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
